Premium Kaggadasapura lake facing apartments, in the Versova layout was to be designed for the tenants and the owners who would co-exist. This project stands out as a drive towards sustainability, using local resources, materials and by implementing rainwater harvesting pits. Each floor plate was designed differently catering to the needs of the owners. The apartments were designed to take full advantage of the morning Sun, with most of the spaces opening out to a deck or private balconies. The movable rain screen shutters in the balconies stood out as a design element uniting the entire building skin.
